As part of our foundation’s mission, we actively reach out to educational institutions, schools, and alumni networks to support newcomer or EDG (Equity-Deserving Groups) players who face financial constraints. We seek sponsorships and donations to provide these players with the necessary resources to participate in the league and enjoy the game they love.
We encourage teachers, staff, and alumni from the same university to join the teams, promoting mentorship, networking, and a strong sense of community. Our league offers both competitive and recreational divisions, ensuring that everyone can participate, have fun, and embrace the spirit of cricket. In the summer of 2023, we are proud to have already garnered registration from over 100 students representing 13 universities and colleges across British Columbia, Canada.
Our vision is to expand to every province and eventually establish provincial as well as national tournaments, fostering a vibrant cricketing culture across the country.
